A Letter to Black and White

Dear Black and White,

I've missed you like crazy. I don't know what kept me away all these years. I guess once the film version of you disappeared from my life I couldn't bear the thought of replacing you with the digital version. I was so wrong. You're still the same. Your contrasts are to die for. The delicate shades of grey that hide in the folds are perfection. You're so uncomplicated by colour and I love you for that.

The first snow day of the year was the perfect time for us to get reacquainted. Let's not wait so long next time.
